Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience
A valid driver's license with a minimum of 1 year driving experience
Prior supervisory experience in human services
Strong interpersonal skills and understanding toward individuals from all walks of life
Dependable, compassionate, and patient
Flexibility to adapt to diverse needs, preferences, and communication styles
Ability to adapt seamlessly to changing environments and unexpected situations
