Responsibilities
Assist in managing the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
Monitor inventory accounting and cost of goods sold (COGS) to ensure accuracy and proper valuation
Support the budgeting and forecasting process in collaboration with operations and sales teams
Maintain and improve internal controls over financial reporting and accounting procedures
Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors to provide requested documentation
Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure timely and accurate processing
Provide financial analysis and reports to management for decision-making support
Manage fixed assets tracking and depreciation schedules
Help implement process improvements to increase efficiency in financial operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA required)
8+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong understanding of inventory, freight, and cost accounting
Proficient in ERP/accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)
Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to details
