Machine Repair Technician

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair production equipment
Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, hydraulic prints, OEM manuals
Perform preventive maintenance procedures on production equipment throughout the plant
Operate mills, lathes, welders, and other equipment to perform repairs
Utilize PM software to track parts usage and equipment PM’s and in-house production monitoring to respond to machine downtime
Perform these and other duties as assigned by supervisor or other appropriate management personnel

Required

A high school diploma or GED is required
3+ years of progressive maintenance repair and electronic/mechanical troubleshooting
Ability and willingness to go a local community college to earn degree or certification with our Fiserv tuition reimbursement program
Experience using a computer for data entry
Experience with using hand tools like drill, screwdriver, and soldering equipment
You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role

Preferred

Associates degree in Electronic Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent Military training and background
5+ years of production maintenance with electronic repair experience
Experience with mills and lathes
