Drafting legal memoranda, contracts, conducting legal research, attending internal client meetings and other applicable hearings/court matters
Qualification
Required
First, second or third year student at accredited U.S. law school
Resume and Law School transcript
Outstanding legal research and writing skills
Excellent communication skills
Focus on legal aptitude (writing & drafting proficiencies)
Issue spotting & problem solving abilities
Ability to deal with ambiguity
Willing to work at office
Interest in gaming industry
Organizational ability and teamwork
