Action1 is an autonomous endpoint management platform trusted by many Fortune 500 companies, and they are seeking a technically curious, customer-focused Pre-Sales Engineer to support their sales team. The role involves qualifying inbound opportunities, guiding proofs-of-concept, and helping IT buyers understand the platform's solutions for endpoint and patching challenges.
Responsibilities
Drive deals to closure through pre-sales support and technical account management
Conduct technical qualification of prospects by thoroughly understanding their business and technical needs
Deliver client-specific product demonstrations
Support our sales team and customers primarily in the US
Qualification
Required
System administration experience is essential (you will assist other IT admins in identifying Action1 as the preferred patching solution)
A deep understanding of IT administration and security principles
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
A strong interest in information technology and systems administration
Preferred
1-3 years of B2B pre-sales experience is a plus
