Responsibilities
Lead the full-cycle recruiting process for undergraduate and graduate-level candidates
Build and evolve long-term relationships with key universities
Coordinate logistics and execution of on-campus and in-house recruiting events such as interviews, career fairs, presentations, Super Days, etc
Work closely with HR Program Manager to create and enact dynamic university talent acquisition strategies
Along with the HR team, manage the job offer process including employment verification/references, hire date, starting salary, etc
Identify the most efficient and cost-effective recruiting methods
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree is required
5+ years of campus recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong communication skills
Team player with a positive attitude
Preferred
Previous financial services or tech industry experience is highly preferred
