CrowdPlat is seeking an experienced Senior Application Project Manager to lead the planning, delivery, and ongoing support of enterprise application initiatives within a large, complex public-sector environment. This role involves managing COTS, SaaS, and custom application projects, collaborating with vendors, and ensuring successful project delivery that supports critical business operations.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of application projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and transition to support

Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality using a structured project management methodology

Actively manage day-to-day project activities and deliverables (not just reporting)

Collaborate with technical and business teams (4–8 resources), stakeholders, and vendors

Support initiatives involving COTS and SaaS solutions, system integrations, and internally developed applications

Coordinate with vendors on implementation planning, issue resolution, and delivery milestones

Contribute directly to key project artifacts such as:

Requirements documentation

Testing and UAT plans

Implementation and transition documentation

Support RFI/RFP activities, including requirements development, vendor coordination, evaluation support, and transition from award to implementation

Ensure adherence to established technical, security, and governance standards

Build strong relationships with internal customers and ensure clear, consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle
