This role involves managing AMHS projects, overseeing equipment installation, and providing operational support while identifying opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities

Manage internal customers, vendors and contractors to complete assigned projects

Perform QA/QC of incoming equipment prior to acceptance

Coordinate parts shipping, receiving, storage, and staging

Oversee installation and validation of hardware and software upgrades

Communicate technical information (8D) to senior leadership inside and outside of department through presentations

Assist with preventative maintenance activities by providing awareness of system performance and reliability

Creates standard recovery procedures and troubleshooting documentation

Provide 24X7 support for installation projects (7 days within a month on-call support is required)

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferred Mechanical)

0 to 3 years of experience in Automation Engineering industry experience

AutoCAD certification and/or working experience strongly preferred

Examples of successful project management and/or certification

Always looking for opportunities to simplify, automated tasks, and build new projects

Ability to troubleshoot complex systems in a fast paced manufacturing environment

Ability to communicate technical details both verbally and in writing

Ability to work across cross cultural settings and globally distributed projects

Able to work in construction environment with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE: hard toe shoes, hard hat, safety glasses, etc.) and wear clean room suit per the SAS Fab protocol

Must be able to lift > 25 lbs
