Virtualization GPU Driver Engineer
Apple’s Graphics, Games, and Machine Learning team provides the graphics and machine learning software foundation across all of their innovative products. They are seeking a GPU driver engineer to design, develop, and ship Metal & Machine Learning frameworks in virtualization for Apple Silicon GPUs, collaborating with teams to enhance graphics and compute capabilities across various applications.

Responsibilities
Designing, developing and shipping Metal & Machine Learning frameworks in virtualization for Apple Silicon GPUs
Partnering with teams across Apple to develop and integrate key technologies improving graphics and compute potential for Apple products
Qualification
Required
Experience in GPU driver development - user mode or kernel mode drivers
Good programming with knowledge of C or C++
Good software design and debugging skills
Understanding of systems architecture
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Technical BS/MS degree or equivalent experience
Preferred
Understanding of the graphics pipeline and GPU architecture
Knowledge of virtualization technologies
Knowledge of any Graphics and Machine Learning APIs
