Responsibilities

Oversee the full certification lifecycle for Energy Advisors

Audit, update, and enhance EA certification materials on a regular basis

Upload, manage, and maintain all certification content within the LMS platform

Partner cross-functionally to ensure certification aligns with business priorities, compliance, and sales strategy

Drive EA certification adoption, completion, and ongoing compliance

Oversee the training process across all platforms and delivery methods, ensuring consistency, quality, and relevance

Partner closely with the Content Developer to ensure training materials meet field needs and support sales performance, including presentation decks, social assets and all training materials

Coordinate and prepare subject matter experts for training delivery

Develop and execute a weekly training cadence, driving attendance, engagement, and follow-through

Conduct a weekly product training covering AutoSave, Community Solar, Home Batteries, compliance, and additional products as they are introduced

Work closely with the Senior Director of Leadership & Development to develop and deliver business, leadership, and sales skills training that reinforces core systems for growth and drives consistent performance across the Energy Advisor field

Drive training communications and promotion to ensure strong participation and awareness

Maintain a comprehensive, organized, and up-to-date library of training assets, including in the EA app, EverWebinar, and on Think Success platform

Implement best practices for adult learning, digital engagement, and sales enablement

Design, develop, and deliver impactful training workshops or breakout sessions for national conventions and regional events

Partner with event and leadership teams to ensure training is integrated into broader event programming

Prepare all supporting materials, including slides, workbooks, and post-event follow-up resources

Maintain and continuously improve the onboarding experience for new Energy Advisors

Build and implement activation trainings focused on early success behaviors and revenue-driving activities

Conduct ongoing needs assessments to identify training gaps and opportunities

Ensure training supports EA retention, productivity, and long-term business growth

Assist with the planning and execution of national and regional events by supporting training-related and event logistics

Serve as backup support to the Senior Director of Leadership & Development, helping ensure event logistics are organized, communicated, and executed effectively

Coordinate preparation of event-related training materials, schedules, and speaker needs

Support on-site and virtual event logistics as needed to ensure a smooth and effective experience for attendees

Assist with post-event follow-up and feedback to help improve future events and overall event effectiveness

Required

5+ years of experience in training, learning & development, sales enablement, or field development (direct selling or energy industry experience preferred)

Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training for large, distributed field audiences

Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Experience with LMS platforms, webinar tools, and content management systems

Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze KPIs and adjust strategy accordingly

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
