Responsibilities
Assists Director of Sales with annual sales plan in support of organization strategy and objectives
Implements and executes Sales policies and practices
Recommends sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analysis
Manages multiple channel selling strategies
Trains, develops and manages a team of new and tenured National Sales Representatives
Assists with company marketing function to identify and develop new customers for products and services
Assists the Director of Sales with the analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results
Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other National Sales accounts
Assists with the planning and development of the company marketing and communications materials
Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to the Director of Sales
Provides recommendations for the optimal deployment of National Sales personnel, changing roles, coverage models, and/or team configurations in order to maximize sales productivity
Performs other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum three years of sales or sales management experience in a business-to-business sales environment
Minimum three years in a sales operations, business planning, or sales support management role
Experience successfully managing analytically rigorous corporate initiatives
Excellent verbal communication skills
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
Preferred
Four year college degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent preferred
