They are seeking a Shipping Data Entry Operator who will be responsible for entering and verifying shipping data, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and performing audits of their work.

Responsibilities

Enters data from a source document into a computer system
Verifies entries for accuracy and completeness
May convert data from one electronic system to another
Performs audits of own work or that of others to ensure conformance with established procedures
May work with stand alone data systems or enterprise wide tools supporting activities such as marketing lead tracking, fulfillment, manufacturing, and equipment maintenance or materials transactions
International shipment (need to create Commercial Invoice, File in AES)
Filing, pulling proof of delivery, spreadsheets for shipping and Memos
Oracle transaction- included invoicing

Qualification

International shipmentOracleBasic ExcelMS WordData entryAttention to detail

Required

5 years experience with international shipment (need to create Commercial Invoice, File in AES)
Experience with international shipment

Preferred

Oracle Knowledge is plus
Basic Excel & MS Word
