Manage a mid-sized payroll team including providing training and development opportunities for team members
Ensure accurate payroll processing across the US for salaried and hourly employees
Federal, State, and local payroll tax compliance
Handle and manage reconciliations, deductions, wage garnishments, etc
Develop and document policies and procedures related to payroll
Implement and integrate technology in addition to process around payroll tools
Support payroll related projects
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED is required
Multi-state full cycle payroll is required
Preferred
CPP or FPC is highly preferred
Bachelor's Degree is preferred
Project and transformation experience is highly preferred
