Responsibilities

Develop and implement compliance programs for supply chain operations

Conduct regular audits of supply chain processes to ensure regulatory compliance (FAA, SEC, ITAR, Export Control, other) and compliance to internal policies

Ensure contract templates and contracts to be executed include required and appropriate compliance focused terms and flow downs

Develop company programs for Conflict Mineral, Rohs/REACH, Prop 65 reporting and compliance

Monitor and interpret changes in relevant regulations and industry standards

Create and maintain compliance documentation and reporting systems

Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues

Develop training programs to educate staff on compliance requirements

Collaborate with legal, contracts, procurement, sustainability and new product introduction teams

Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies

Conduct supplier compliance evaluations and assessments
