Responsibilities
Review paperwork, including bills of lading, proof of delivery, and invoices, to ensure compliance with company procedures
Audit billing statements and aging reports submitted by carrier vendors to verify payment status
Serve as the liaison between internal sales teams and the accounts payable/receivable departments
Process a high volume of invoices for accounts payable
Implement and manage data in Excel for reporting and analysis
Collaborate in a team-based environment to meet and exceed performance goals
Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Qualification
Required
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy
Organized, with the ability to thrive under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with team members across departments
Self-starter with a willingness to learn new tasks and adapt quickly
Ability to meet and surpass set goals and expectations
Preferred
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP) is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Outlook
Experience in data entry and proficiency with multiple software systems is preferred
Experience in audit, billing, accounts payable, logistics, or customer service is preferred
