Senior LevelLanceSoft, Inc. is seeking a compassionate, mission-driven Primary Care Physician (MD or DO) to join a growing Federally Qualified Health Center in Klamath Falls, Oregon. The role involves providing comprehensive outpatient primary care and collaborating with various health teams to ensure holistic patient care.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages
Deliver direct clinical care, including routine physicals, chronic disease management, urgent care, and preventive services
Develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans using evidence-based guidelines
Collaborate with behavioral health, dental, pharmacy, and case management teams to ensure holistic patient care
Document encounters thoroughly and timely in the electronic health record (EHR)
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, care coordination, and population health strategies
Engage in continuing medical education and maintain active licensure and board certification
Supervise and mentor clinical support staff and, if applicable, residents or students
Qualification
Required
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution
Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Oregon (or ability to obtain)
Current DEA registration and BLS certification
Commitment to providing care in a community health setting with diverse populations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered mindset
Preferred
Experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center or community-based setting
Bilingual in Spanish and English
