Responsibilities
As a manager you will be responsible for leading the lab and the engineering teams
Managing web based tools for data collection, analysis and test execution that scales with multiple lab locations and system testing needs
Defining Lab and Infrastructure HW and SW needs and working with internal and external teams to develop and maintain these capabilities
Engaging with other teams to evaluate existing tools and integrating into the environment where applicable
Managing lab operations including unit and facility configurations across multiple geographic and lab locations
Coordinating the lab team and the engineering teams to enable critical validation activities base on system build and software enablement schedules
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
3+ years of experience leading people
5+ years of experience working in Test and Automation
Experience in programming with focus on Python and web technologies
Preferred
Previous experience in pre-silicon or post-silicon validation SW Tools environment
Knowledge and understanding of Test automation technologies and implementation
Large scale testing and lab management
Code revisioning, review and CI primarily in Gitlab
Excellent communication and partnership skills
