Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule the daily activities of Field Service Engineers supporting filtration and water treatment equipment
Act as the first point of contact for customers, booking service visits and responding to service-related queries
Support the service and sales teams with quotes for service, repairs, and maintenance agreements
Regular use of the company ERP system to raise work orders, schedule engineers, order parts, and update job status
Track spare parts orders, book goods in, approve supplier invoices, and assist with inventory and stock control when required
Support planning of engineer workloads, on-call schedules, and annual leave
Liaise with internal departments including engineering, service, sales, and operations to ensure high service levels
Maintain accurate service documentation and reporting
Full training provided on products, systems, and processes
Qualification
Required
Experience in service coordination, scheduling, service administration, customer support, or similar roles within an engineering or technical environment
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong relationships with customers and engineers
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Well-organised, detail-oriented, and confident communicating by phone and email
Comfortable supporting inventory or stores functions when required
Commutable to Pittsburgh, PA
Preferred
Background in filtration, water treatment, HVAC, industrial equipment, or mechanical services is highly advantageous
Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) is beneficial
