Responsibilities
Independently produce multiple complex and high-profile interactive digital shopping experiences across various digital platforms and partnerships
Partner and negotiate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define priorities, align schedules, streamline approvals, and drive effective decision-making
Lead cross-functional meetings and reviews, meticulously document key decisions and action items, and proactively communicate results and next steps to stakeholders
Manage, facilitate, document, and track the daily activities and responsibilities of the creative team, ensuring smooth workflow and seamless execution
Proactively identify risks and dependencies in cross-functional program plans, taking decisive action to mitigate potential issues and manage partner and stakeholder expectations effectively
Qualification
Required
At least 10 years of experience leading the production of interactive digital experiences across all channels and platforms
Experience driving strategic requirements and resolving technical challenges with cross-functional teams (including engineering and business partners) against multi-year roadmaps
Experience managing multiple projects, resources, schedules, and competing priorities across high profile work streams
A track record of close collaboration with creative teams, actively contributing to and representing their work
Preferred
Possesses strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Highly organized and skilled at crafting efficiencies to streamline processes
Ability to independently facilitate alignment and build consensus among senior stakeholders
Strong understanding of analytical frameworks to measure achievement of business goals
Deep experience with budgeting, finance, and operational cost models
Ability to anticipate and solve problems while maintaining focus on project milestones
