Responsibilities
Follow detailed instructions regarding appropriate handling of different types of cartons
Work independently with little supervisory input
Fill out production, quality forms
Identify carton defects
Maintain production goals
Moves cut loads into position to be glued
Feeds various sized cartons into the feed boxes on gluers
Packs cartons into cases from gluer delivery and carton packer
Conducts quality checks on cartons
Assist on make ready process
Perform line clearance at all change over
Compliance with all workplace rules, policies, and procedures regarding SQF, Safety, etc
SPECIAL NOTE: LIFTING ANYTHING OVER 50LBS REQUIRES A TEAM LIFT AND A DEVICE TO LIFT THE LOAD. NO ONE PERSON IS TO EVER LIFT ANYTHING OVER 50LBS
Qualification
Required
Minimum High School Diploma, GED
Safety glasses, ear plugs, steel toe shoes, hair net, beard net, gloves
