Responsibilities
During your internship, you can enhance your knowledge and gain professional experience by working on client projects
Support operational improvement by developing process maps to understand as-is and to-be scenarios of application packages solutions, such as SAP or Salesforce, to meet client needs
Support workshops, meetings, and interviews to understand and document requirements collaborating with diverse teams to capture and synthesizing essential information
Gain hands on experience shadowing product teams and enterprise-wide data integrations
Contribute to data analytics assessments and actively participate in cloud migration and system implementations across major platforms
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a university degree with a track-record of academic success
Strong interpersonal skills that enhance collaboration and relationship building, while also managing dynamic workloads in an agile environment
Have initiative and passion to actively seek new knowledge and improve skills while embracing a growth mindset to assimilate diverse viewpoints
Demonstrate leadership experience and ability to communicate effectively through active listening; while also be willing to adapt and have a readiness to take ownership of tasks and challenges
Willingness to travel as needed
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
Can understand clients' needs and challenges, applying a creative and logical approach to identify solutions
Exposure to one of the following packaged application solutions (SAP, Oracle) is a plus
Demonstrate foundational quantitative analysis skills and ability to develop data driven recommendations
Leverages business knowledge to drive solutions for clients and their management
Drive to overcome the most challenging or difficult obstacles and look for ways to improve results
Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, while maintaining focus in an environment with conflicting demands
Majors: MIS, Business/Finance/Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Human Resources
Certifications/Programs: SAP University Alliances exposure; SAP S/4HANA fundamentals or Certification (i.e., C_IEE2E SAP Certified Associate - Implementation Consultant - End-to-End Business Processes for the Intelligent Enterprise)
Experience: ERP class projects, capstone migrations, internships on ERP teams, exposure to FI/CO, MM, SD or logistics processes
Skills/Tech: SQL, PLSQL, Python, Java, JavaScript, Excel modeling, process mapping, basic ABAP awareness a plus
Other: client-facing internships, consulting clubs, strong process orientation, and documentation skills
Ability to translate business solutions into technical requirements
Openness to assist clients in the design, business architect, process development, functional implementation, and support of applications
Ability to thrive in an ever changing, technology-based Consulting environment
A passion for innovative ideas, coupled with the ability to understand and assimilate different points of view
Exceptional quantitative analysis skills and ability to derive recommendations informed by data and insights
