Responsibilities
Oversee and optimize daily office and coworking operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
Act as a primary point of contact for employees, visitors, and clients, modeling strong customer service and professionalism
Provide day-to-day guidance and support to office staff and cross-functional teams
Manage office supplies, vendors, schedules, and administrative processes with minimal oversight
Identify process improvements and proactively resolve operational issues
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience in office coordination, administrative leadership, or assistant management
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting
Confident communicator with a collaborative, team-first leadership style
Reliable, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities
Ability to work onsite and adapt to changing business needs
