Client Relationship Management Administrator

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce‑based CRM platform
Perform core administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, approval processes, and other routine tasks
Manage the review, development and completion of new development requests
Recommend and design system enhancements that improve the user experience and support company objectives
Identify opportunities to expand system capabilities and support additional business processes
Stay informed on upcoming Salesforce releases and provide recommendations to optimize functionality and productivity
Improve operational efficiency through business process automation and system optimization
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues in a timely and effective manner
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in client services, relationship management, or financial operations within a wealth management or financial services firm
Salesforce Administrator and Developer certifications (ADX201 and ADX211) or a willingness to obtain certification upon hire
Demonstrated ability to design and implement new processes and drive user adoption
Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including the ability to build custom apps, objects, formula fields, process flows, and other components required by the business
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong understanding of complex data structures and business processes
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Ability to translate technical requirements into clear, non‑technical business language
Effective time‑management skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a positive, solutions‑oriented approach
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce/Practifi, Addepar, and other business applications to support process improvement
