Responsibilities

Partner with UX and digital platform leadership to support and execute the overall UX vision across assigned products or platform areas

Ensure all user experiences adhere to established design principles, standards, and guidelines

Lead and implement best-in-class UX processes that promote consistency, repeatability, and efficiency across teams

Review and guide outcomes of design studio exercises and collaborative workshops to ensure alignment with business and user goals

Act as a senior UX point of contact for select e-commerce platform tenants and cross-functional partners

Collaborate with UX leads and peers to identify emerging UX trends and opportunities through pattern recognition and shared learning

Work closely with cross-functional partners (Product, Engineering, Analytics) to align on processes, methodology, and delivery expectations

Continuously assess and improve team effectiveness, workflow, and delivery quality

Participate in hiring and talent development efforts; contribute to building and maintaining a strong pipeline of UX talent

Manage and support designers through coaching, performance feedback, career development planning, and day-to-day guidance

Mentor team members on UX craft, systems thinking, and professional growth; model strong design leadership and collaboration

Use and advocate for a systems-based design methodology that enables scalable, multi-tenant solutions

Leverage data, analytics, and user feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of design solutions and inform future iterations

Contribute to annual North Star planning and product roadmap discussions to ensure alignment with user needs and UX best practices

Give back to the UX community through critiques, knowledge sharing, case studies, and continuous improvement of team practices
