Responsibilities

Perform various call center activities supporting client's Medicare Advantage members
Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with professionalism and empathy
Accurately document all information related to patients' accounts
Utilize two computer screens to effectively manage workflows and communications

Qualification

Required

Minimum 6 months of CSR experience required; medical or insurance background preferred
Must provide personal equipment: laptop/desktop, mouse, keyboard, headset, and additional monitor
Ability to work efficiently with two screens
Must successfully pass a background check
Reliable attendance and engagement are essential
