Responsibilities

Analyze, design, develop, and maintain .NET applications using MVC architecture

Implement Oracle database changes, including stored procedures and performance tuning

Ensure compliance with accessibility and security standards

Manage code and deployments via Azure DevOps (CI/CD)

Perform testing and create technical documentation

Participate in Agile/Scrum processes and provide accurate task estimates

Support user acceptance testing and troubleshoot issues

Qualification

Required

8+ years in Microsoft .NET application development (analysis, design, coding)

Expertise in C#, .NET Framework, MVC, JavaScript, Bootstrap

Knowledge of accessibility and security standards for custom applications

4+ years experience with Azure DevOps (work item tracking, code management, CI/CD)

Preferred

Experience in government agencies

Familiarity with Microsoft Suite (SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel)

GIS experience, especially Esri JavaScript APIs
