This role is critical to maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records and supporting the company’s financial reporting and operational objectives.

Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and reconcile daily sales reports to ensure accuracy and proper alignment with merchant deposits
Manage accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, cash application, payment processing, and follow-up on outstanding balances
Reconcile credit card transactions and investigate discrepancies to ensure timely resolution
Process and reconcile intercompany transactions, ensuring proper eliminations and compliance with internal accounting policies
Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including preparing schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation
Perform general ledger maintenance, including balance sheet account reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and preparation of journal entries
Support financial audits by preparing requested documentation and responding to auditor inquiries
Participate in ad hoc financial analyses and special projects to support management and business initiatives
Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting efficiencies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a senior or lead accounting role
Strong working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and accounting best practices
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online required
Advanced Excel Skills
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex financial data and resolve issues efficiently
Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
Preferred
Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems is a plus
