Responsibilities
Help administer and enhance our Salesforce environment to align with evolving business goals
Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
Design, implement and manage robust Flow automations to improve the efficiency of business processes
Assist in regular Data & User management
Promote best practices in data quality, system adoption, and user experience
Contribute to ongoing team learning and process improvements by staying current on Salesforce platform features and products
Ensure all Salesforce users receive world class support, while maintaining a clean and well-managed ticket queue to keep issues resolved
Qualification
Required
3 - 5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
Salesforce Administrator Certification strongly preferred
Bachelor's in Computer Science or Business, or related technical field or equivalent related professional experience
Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields and validations, flow automation, lightning pages, reports and dashboards
Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and system scalability
Preferred
Familiarity with APEX
