Responsibilities
Leading, building and management of a team of two high performing senior financial analysts
Providing best in class financial business support and partnership with Supply Demand Management, AppleCare, Product Operations, BPR, Environment Supply Chain Innovation, Apple Finance
Support, drive and present complex business cases
Drive cost savings initiatives and reporting
Inventory optimization
Drive efficiencies throughout Apple Supply Chain
Accounting, forecasting, close, inventory management along with painting highly productive cross functional partnerships with Global Business Services and Technical Accounting
Scale, Innovation and Automation, partnering with leadership to champion and drive automation and process improvement initiatives, enhancing forecast accuracy, reporting efficiencies and financial controls
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant advanced degree or professional certification
4+ years of leadership and people management experience
10+ years of progressive experience in finance
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Preferred
10+ years of progressive experience in finance, with a strong preference for Operations and Supply Chain Finance
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of leveraging data to drive informed business decisions
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Expert business partnering skills with a proven ability to influence decision-making across functional areas
Experience leading and/or contributing to process improvements, automation initiatives, or system enhancements
Experience with SAP and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is highly desirable
