Responsibilities
Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Follow a detailed project plan and maintain accurate up-to-date project documentation
Ensure project deliverables are provided timely
Promptly and effectively respond to emails, and requests for information
Host/facilitate meetings with stakeholders, clients, and third-party vendors throughout the project lifecycle
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, providing day-to-day reporting on project status and changes
Approve scope changes and process change orders to secure funding
Identify/report project risks or potential risks to management
Manage all project issues, changes, and risks through formally defined processes
Conduct thorough testing of the deployed technology to ensure it meets requirements and functions as intended
Facilitate UAT sessions with end-users to validate that the deployed technology solution aligns with their needs and expectations
Accurately track and record project financials, vendor invoices and client invoices
Reconcile project invoices and create a project cost summary to review with the client at project close
Transfer technology configuration and troubleshooting knowledge to the Digital Support Team at project close
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years' experience managing enterprise projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Project
Highly developed sense of ownership, responsibility, and commitment to quality
Effective organization, planning, and problem-solving skills
Proven track record in influencing and managing competing priorities with a positive can-do attitude
Expertise in conflict resolution
Experience working with and managing third party vendors
Technology project management experience preferred
PMP, Lean Sigma, SCRUM, Agile certifications encouraged
