Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for researching and prospecting potential partners, qualifying leads, and effectively communicating Clicklease’s value proposition to drive sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

Researching and prospecting potential partners through cold calls, emails, and social strategies with the goal of setting up demos for Account Executives
Following up consistently with leads via phone, email, and chat to maintain engagement and pipeline progression
Effectively communicating Clicklease’s value proposition to potential partners and small business owners
Qualifying inbound and outbound leads to ensure fit and readiness for Account Executive engagement
Diligently using CRM (Salesforce.com) to capture relevant data, maintain accurate notes, and manage the sales pipeline
Developing creative strategies for targeting decision-makers and driving conversion opportunities
Collaborating with Account Executives and Marketing to optimize outreach campaigns and messaging
Achieving or exceeding weekly and monthly activity and opportunity-generation goals

Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a hybrid environment
Ability to adapt to new technology tools and workflow updates

Preferred

Experience in outbound B2B or B2C sales environments
Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Salesforce
Background in retail, wholesale, or equipment financing industries
Strong technological proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly
Proven ability to communicate with decision-makers and secure meetings with key stakeholders
