Adecco is seeking a part-time Executive Administrative Assistant for a client in Downtown Topeka. The role involves providing administrative support to the leadership team and coordinating various tasks such as board meeting preparations and event coordination.

Qualification
Required
Min of 2-5 years of executive level administrative experience preferably in a non-profit or membership based organization
Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to use and or learn quickly QuickBooks, Authorize.net, SAP Concur and MC Trade Software
Able to work independently
