New Grad, Entry LevelPhillips Law Group is an established Plaintiff Personal Injury Firm seeking an Associate Attorney. This entry-level position is designed for newly admitted attorneys and offers comprehensive training and mentorship while working on pre-litigation files, depositions, motions, hearings, and trials under the guidance of experienced trial lawyers.

Responsibilities
Communicate directly with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
Draft demands, complaints, discovery, and motions
Negotiate settlements (many of our entry-level attorneys settle six- and seven-figure cases within their first two years)
Take and defend depositions
Second-chair trials and eventually take lead on your own cases
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active bar admission in Arizona
No prior legal experience necessary — recent graduates, judicial clerks, or attorneys looking to pivot from other practice areas are strongly encouraged to apply
Strong academic record, excellent research/writing skills, and a genuine desire to advocate for injured clients
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Preferred
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus but not required
