Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities

Manages full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
Partners with hiring managers to define job requirements, competencies, and selection criteria
Utilizes applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics to track progress and improve outcomes
Ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies throughout the recruitment process
Coordinates candidate communications to provide positive and engaging recruitment experience
Build and maintain talent pipelines through networking, career events, and partnerships
Collaborates with HR and business leaders to align recruiting efforts with workforce planning needs
Prepare recruiting reports and metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
Performs other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
2+ years of experience
All experience must be paid and in the same related field
Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week
Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted
Manages full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
Partners with hiring managers to define job requirements, competencies, and selection criteria
Utilizes applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics to track progress and improve outcomes
Ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies throughout the recruitment process

Preferred

SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) or LinkedIn Recruiter Certification
