Responsibilities

Prepare fragrance application samples for client requests
Ensure timely preparation and shipping of customer applications
Maintain and update inventory records in the system
Organize and track sample retains and oil supplies
Support evaluators and perfumers by preparing required materials
Update monthly oil inventory tables
Refill supply drawers weekly
Communicate low inventory levels to supervisors
Keep the lab environment clean and compliant
Perform additional duties as assigned
