They are seeking a motivated Pilot Plant Technician to support bioprocess campaigns in a pilot plant environment, working closely with technicians and managers to address process and equipment challenges.

Responsibilities
Follow the lead of BI Technicians during pilot plant campaigns
Collaborate with plant technicians and campaign managers to resolve process and equipment-related challenges
Assist BI Lead Technician in communicating batch status with chemists, analytical teams, and MAS
Complete all required training before due dates
Participate in group activities, including daily 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM meetings
Become proficient in equipment operation, batch record entries, and calculations
Attend PSOR meetings and actively contribute input
Adhere to all procedures, including proper use of PPE
Report all incidents (spills, exposures, cuts, abrasions, etc.) promptly to management
Conduct all operations with safety as the #1 priority
Qualification
Required
Experience working with established GMP procedures and bulk manufacturing
Technical knowledge of manufacturing systems, methods, and procedures
Effective troubleshooting skills with equipment and/or processes
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain accurate records
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Associate degree preferred
