Senior Accounting Associate
Heidelberg Materials North America is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials, operating over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada. They are seeking a Senior Accounting Associate to develop KPI reporting, manage bank deposits, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain internal KPI reporting to support business performance analysis
Post daily bank deposits and perform cash application duties accurately and efficiently
Research and resolve payment discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with accounting processes and standards
Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and streamline financial operations
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to analyze and interpret financial data
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
Capability to adapt to evolving systems and processes in a dynamic environment
