Mid LevelModus Health Group is seeking a Data Management Specialist to support their data warehouse. The role involves developing solutions for data processing, analytics, and reporting, while collaborating with teams and mentoring colleagues in the use of SQL Server Analysis Services.

Responsibilities
Develop and improve solutions spanning data processing activities from the data lake (stage) to star schemas and reporting view’s / tables and finally into SSAS
Develop and improve Microsoft Analysis Services cubes (tabular and dimensional)
Proficient in MDX and DAX
Collaborate with other teams within the organization and be able to devise the technical solution as it relates to the business & technical requirements
Will be expected to mentor colleagues and be proactive in developing colleague skill sets to have a better understanding of Analysis Services
Maintain documentation for all processes implemented
Adhere to and suggest improvements to coding standards, best practices, and contribute to the improvement of these best practices
Interact and communicate effectively with all levels of staff, senior management, and customers
Communicate effectively and clearly, in writing and verbally, in one-on-one and group presentation situations
Qualification
Required
Proficient in SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS)
Experience in data warehouse development skills spanning multiple design techniques
Ability to develop and improve solutions spanning data processing activities from the data lake to star schemas and reporting views/tables
Experience in developing and improving Microsoft Analysis Services cubes (tabular and dimensional)
Proficient in MDX and DAX
Ability to collaborate with other teams within the organization to devise technical solutions
Ability to mentor colleagues and develop their skill sets in Analysis Services
Maintain documentation for all processes implemented
Adhere to and suggest improvements to coding standards and best practices
