Responsibilities
Develop and articulate a cohesive product vision and multi-year roadmap for internal tools and platforms that support Apple Music operations, content management, and production workflows
Partner with engineering, design, operations, and content teams to translate complex operational needs into clear, actionable product requirements and user-centric solutions
Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle - from discovery and design through delivery, rollout, and iteration, ensuring every product meets Apple’s standards of quality, simplicity, and scalability
Drive workflow automation and process optimization, enabling global operations teams to manage large-scale music and content pipelines more efficiently
Manage multiple concurrent product initiatives, balancing short-term execution with long-term strategic priorities that advance Apple Music’s business operations
Define key success metrics and use data-driven insights to inform prioritization, measure impact, and guide continuous improvement
Foster collaboration across teams and maintain alignment on goals, timelines, and outcomes, ensuring seamless communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of product management experience, preferably in technology, media, or entertainment industries
5+ years leading complex, large-scale product initiatives and internal tooling efforts in partnership with engineering and cross-functional teams
Preferred
Strong technical foundation with the ability to engage deeply with engineering teams and understand system architecture and platform trade-offs
Deep understanding of customer and stakeholder needs, informed by ongoing feedback, research, and data
Skilled at synthesizing problems and opportunities into clear goals and structured plans that articulate both the “why” and the “how.”
Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, able to distill complex topics into concise, compelling narratives that drive clarity and alignment
Background in music, entertainment, or digital media operations strongly preferred
Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills. Able to build consensus, navigate ambiguity, and make thoughtful, informed decisions
