Responsibilities

Installing Hardware such us Computers, Peripheral Equipment, Monitors, Keyboards, Printers, Disk Drives, Scanners, Mouse, Phones, etc. for Specific Users
Installing Software Packages such as Operating Systems, Microsoft products, Engineering, Design, CNC, manufacturing software, Administrative and other Software, on Specific Computers
Provide advanced Technical Assistance to end clients
Assist with preventative maintenance within specified guidelines and procedures
Responds to User inquiries concerning System Operations and troubleshoots Hardware, Software and Operator problems. Through Solar-CAT and Turbotec tickets incidents administrative tool
Execute hardware retirement and scrap process for IT hardware
Ensure IT devices meet Corporate Security Standards
Manage software and OS patch remediation
Utilize and maintain knowledge bases, white papers, FAQs, and vendor documentation
Contribute to documentation of incidents, internal processes and procedures, maintenance of equipment, and training manuals
Provide guidance and explain policies and procedures to end-users
Assist and interact with hardware, software and services vendors
Assist clients with the better option to saving cost
Assist with Assessments and LTA task and activities related to Cybersecurity and request

Required

High School Diploma/GED or 2-year degree, or 2+ years of relevant work experience
Excellent verbal/written communication skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with non-technical end users and technical colleagues
Analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
