Controller / Office Manager
Ace Imagewear is a trusted textile rental service serving a variety of industries, and they are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Controller / Office Manager to oversee accounting, office operations, and team leadership. This dual-role position is central to the smooth functioning of the company, combining financial oversight, operational management, and administrative leadership.

Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and administrative functions, including customer service and service ticket workflows
Oversee accounting functions: accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll (ADP), 401(k), ACH, and credit card transactions
Maintain accurate financial records, reporting, and reconciliations in QuickBooks Enterprise
Monitor credit, collections, and ensure proper asset protection through controls
Lead, coach, and develop direct reports, including AR/AP staff and HR personnel
Maintain office systems, filing, and interdepartmental communication
Implement and enforce policies, procedures, and compliance with regulatory requirements
Compile and present operational and financial reports to support executive decision-making
Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, identifying opportunities for efficiency and process improvement
Participate in the Company Safety Committee and support workplace safety initiatives
Perform other duties as assigned to support smooth operations and company goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required; high school diploma required
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in office management, accounting, or administrative leadership
Experience supervising staff and leading team development initiatives
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise, ADP Workforce Now, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with ACH, credit card processing, payroll administration, and financial recordkeeping
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with professionalism and discretion
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred
Experience in a family-owned business or similar environment is a plus
