The CFO will partner with the CEO and senior leadership team to drive financial strategy and oversee all financial operations.

Responsibilities
Executive leadership partner to the CEO and senior leadership team
Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and long-range planning
Oversee accounting operations, month-end close, P&L ownership, financial statements, and reconciliations
Manage A/R, A/P, invoicing, collections, revenue tracking, and cost control initiatives
Lead treasury management, banking relationships, working capital, debt covenants, and liquidity
Oversee audits, tax filings, tax strategy, and regulatory compliance
Support automotive manufacturing and engineering services, including OEM portals, contracts, purchase orders, and supply management
Lead and develop the finance and accounting team, driving accountability and performance
Partner cross-functionally with HR (payroll, benefits), legal, project management, and business development
Support government contracts, MEDC grants, M&A activity, and enterprise risk management
Drive process improvement, automation, and AI-enabled finance tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
10+ years of progressive finance leadership; prior CFO or senior Controller experience
Strong automotive and/or manufacturing finance background (OEM, Tier 1/Tier 2)
Deep experience with financial statements, P&L management, forecasting, cash flow, audits, and tax
Advanced Excel and accounting system expertise; strong analytical and data accuracy skills
Proven executive communication, integrity, and hands-on leadership style
Preferred
MBA, CPA, or CMA
