Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate all new account implementations — from signed proposal through go-live

Engage directly with clients to independently handle special requests for services from initial contact through closure and service delivery; ensure event is properly staffed from operations, purchase order is completed, follow up to determine client satisfaction, etc

Partner with cross-functional teams to confirm requirements, assign responsibilities, and hit every milestone

Maintain accurate, compliant data across multiple platforms and ensure new employees are ready for deployment

Develop onboarding checklists, dashboards, and reports that keep leadership informed and clients confident

Identify and resolve any data or process gaps to maintain quality and consistency across systems

Track and report key onboarding metrics such as training completion, cycle time, and client satisfaction
