Event Marketing Specialist

The Event Marketing Specialist is responsible for engaging with event attendees to generate leads and promote brand awareness, playing a vital role in achieving lead generation targets and strengthening brand visibility in key markets.

Set prospects into qualified appointments at events – 85%
Set-Up, Tear-Down and Maintain your own displays – 15%
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma or equivalent
A valid driver's license is required
Must be able to stand for long periods, speak with the public, and lift up to 30 pounds when setting up demonstration space
Must be able to set up and manage your own branded displays at events and retail locations
Must be able to travel and transport displays 100% of the time throughout Maryland, Virginia, and DC, and have reliable transportation
Flexible schedule required, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays, depending on event schedules
Preferred
At least 1 year of customer service, event, or sales experience preferred
Familiarity with the home improvement industry or remodeling services is a plus
