Responsibilities
Perform standard quality control testing on incoming raw materials, semi-finished goods and finished goods according to defined instructions, procedures and methods
Perform testing and interpret results and perform batch adjustments as required
Perform and report calculations using basic arithmetic
Use MS Excel to chart results and use statistical analysis to analyze and interpret data and use SAP to record test data, enter usage decisions and enter nonconformance reports
Participate in internal and customer audits
Maintain calibration program and records
Responsible for maintaining Calibration program
Qualification
Required
Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a Bachelor degree in relevant Science discipline, or Associates degree with 1 year of manufacturing/Lab experience, or High School Diploma with 5 years of manufacturing experience with ISO 9001/IATF 16949 environment
Quality Specialist 1= High School Diploma with 5 years in a manufacturing ISO 9001/IATF 16949
Quality Specialist 2 = Associates Degree with 1 year of manufacturing / chemistry industry / quality profession
Quality Specialist 3 = Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Scientific discipline
