Division Administrative Support and Data Coordination Specialist

Responsibilities
Provide project support for division-wide initiatives that ensure quality systems and services across the agency
Project support will include a variety administrative task such as organizing and maintaining project documentation, coordinating communication efforts, and meeting facilitation as well as technical tasks such as customizing systems, and testing systems prior to deployment
Work in collaboration with a variety of departments to support the development, maintenance, and integration of a variety of electronic systems. Relevant systems may include Salesforce, Learn365, SharePoint, Classy and a variety of other development software’s, UKG, the Microsoft Suite (including Microsoft Forms and Power BI) and other systems as needed
Provide end user support including initial user training, creation of training documents, providing on demand support, and facilitating user adoption of new systems
Support efforts to monitor the effectiveness of systems and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring that solutions are delivered effectively
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be 21 years or older
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and Excel, including building and managing spreadsheets
Experience with platforms used for human resources (UltiPro) and medical records (eHana), including running reports
Excellent computer skills using a variety of applications and programs along with the ability to quickly learn additional tools
Experience and comfort working in a health and human service environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
A valid driver's license and the ability to travel between sites
Background and driving record checks will be performed
Preferred
Prior human resources, office management or administrative experience preferred
