They are seeking an HR Intern to support the Human Resources Department with various administrative tasks, manage projects, and assist in scheduling interviews and events.

Responsibilities
Supports Human Resources Department with various administrative programs
Manage Assigned Human Resources projects
Filing, documenting, and recording of assigned processes
Files documents and answers client and employee inquiries
Schedules interviews and confirms applicant availability
Gathers and organizes job applications
Writes employee communications and correspondence about updates in HR policies
Assists in researching compliance with labor codes and applicable local and state laws
Participates and assists in scheduling company social and networking events
Performs ad hoc tasks as required
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
Currently Attending a College or University
Proficient Computer knowledge and skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Professional Communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong technical and analytical competence in select areas of technology
Preferred
Some related experience preferred
Highly motivated to work, learn, and teach
