Sales Manager

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a regional sales team, ensuring alignment with SHARx mission to provide access to high-cost medications
Achieve revenue, target account acquisition, and retention goals through pipeline management and forecasting
Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting key segments
Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders to integrate SHARx solutions effectively
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and Client Relations teams to streamline processes such as new client implementation
Gather and analyze market insights, prescribing trends, competitor dynamics, and pricing strategies to provide actionable recommendations
Deliver product trainings and educational sessions to internal teams and external partners as needed
Represent SHARx at industry events, client presentations, and conferences to boost brand visibility

Required

Proven experience leading a sales team and working within the employee benefits industry
Proven track record of building and developing high-performing sales teams
Strong understanding of complex healthcare ecosystems (PBMs, TPAs, employer-sponsored benefits, infusion therapies)
Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
Data-driven mindset with expertise in CRM tools and sales analytics. Experience working with Salesforce preferred
Mission-driven approach and alignment with SHARx core values
Some travel may be required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field
