Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end client engagements as primary point of contact, from implementation through ongoing success
Provide expert consultation on Asana workflows and configurations aligned to client business challenges
Facilitate training and change management activities that drive enterprise-wide adoption
Manage project delivery with excellence, balance multiple priorities while maintaining scope and budget
Identify growth opportunities and proactively introduce solutions that maximize client value
Serve as voice of the customer, sharing insights with cross-functional and product teams
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or economics, or equivalent degree
3 years of customer-facing consulting or implementation experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS
Expert in Asana and collaborative work management solutions
Exceptional communicator who engages effectively with stakeholders from individual contributors to C-level executives
Solutions-oriented with strong business acumen and ability to navigate complex organizational change
Self-motivated with excellent project management skills and ability to manage competing priorities
Customer-centric mindset with genuine passion for driving client success
Curious about AI and emerging technologies with willingness to leverage them for enhanced outcomes
