Own all firm financial operations, reporting, and controls
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Oversee accounting, payroll, revenue recognition, and year-end close
Partner with leadership on profitability, growth, compensation, and structure
Coordinate firm-level tax compliance and planning with external advisors
Manage financial systems, processes, and scalability initiatives
Qualification
Required
Own all firm financial operations, reporting, and controls
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Oversee accounting, payroll, revenue recognition, and year-end close
Partner with leadership on profitability, growth, compensation, and structure
Coordinate firm-level tax compliance and planning with external advisors
Manage financial systems, processes, and scalability initiatives
10+ years in accounting or finance leadership
Strong understanding of tax mechanics and complex entity structures
Comfortable operating in lean, entrepreneurial environments
Preferred
Prior experience in financial services or professional services is strongly preferred
CPA strongly preferred
